If you encounter only one earbuds have sound or face problem connecting to your phone/tablets, please perform a reset by following the instructions below.

SOLUTION:

1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case. If there are no lights on the earbuds, please connect the cable to charge the charging case (together with the earbuds inside) for 10 mins.

2. Go to the Bluetooth Settings of the phone/tablet to delete or unpair any "Air 1 Go" name. Then turn off the Bluetooth on the phone/tablet.

3. With both earbuds in the charging case, press (gently) and hold both touch control areas for ten (10) seconds. Both LED-lights will blink three (3) times. If you are not able to see the 3 blink lights, you can let go of your fingers and try again.

4. Air 1 Go is now reset once you see the 3 blink lights and ready to be paired again with your phone/tablet.

5.  Remove both the earbuds out of the case and hold (place them on a flat surface) them close to each other. The LED-lights will blink rapidly. When paired, one of the LEDs will stop blinking, while the other continues.

6. Go to your phone/tablet and turn on Bluetooth. Then you should see "Air 1 Go" available for pairing now. Then click the "Air 1 Go" to pair.
