Background info:

The new Happy Plugs True Wireless earphones are equipped with the latest Bluetooth 5.0 technology with auto pairing function. This will provide user ease of use. For each pair of True Wireless earphones, the right earbud is the master and the left earbud is the slave. When both earbuds are removed from the charging case together, the normal connection will be established. Meaning the left earbud (slave) will try to connect to the right earbud (master). Once this connection is established successfully, you will hear sound from both earbuds.

There are times when user removes either the right or left earbud first, and after a short while then they remove the other earbud. This will hence make both earbuds not able to connect to each other normally.

Or sometime when user remove the earbud from the charging case, they accidentally touch and hold the "touch sensor" on the earbud. This will also makes both earbuds not able to connect to each other normally. Hence please avoid touching the "touch sensor" area of the earbud.
