Problem:

1. Unable to pair with phone

2. Only one side have sound

Solution:

1. Press and hold the earbuds on both sides for 5 seconds to turn it off, and press and hold for 3 seconds to restart the earbuds.

2. Delete/Unpair/Remove the pairing record with "THECOOPIDEA CANDY 2" in the phone.

3. Reconnect Bluetooth in your phone with "THECOOPIDEA CANDY 2" to restore the audio of the two earbuds.
