Problem:

1. Unable to pair with phone

2. Only one side have sound

Solution:

1. Unpair/Remove thecoopidea Candy from your device bluetooth settings.

2. Please put back both earphones in the charging case and wait 12 seconds

3. Remove both earphones together from the charging case.

4. Bluetooth pair again with your device
