Do you face the below symptoms?


- Only able to hear music from either the right side or left side?
- In your phone > Bluetooth settings, you saw 2 names of the Soul earphone
- Unstable Bluetooth connectivity

If yes, please follow the steps below to reset your Soul True Wireless earphones. We recommend you to read the instructions once first before attempting the procedures.

First step:


1. Go to your phone > Bluetooth settings, delete/forget/unpair all SOUL earphone profiles/names.
2. Turn off your phone Bluetooth.


Second step:


1. Take out both ear buds and place them on your ears.
2. Press and hold both ear buds buttons/touch sensors to turn off both ear buds.
3. You should hear the in-voice message that the ear buds are both power off.
4. Ensure that both ear buds LED lights are completely off.

Third step:


1. Place both ear buds on your ears.
2. Press and continue hold both ear buds buttons/touch sensors to turn on both ear buds.
3. Keep pressing, DO NOT release.
4. You will first hear the in-voice message saying the ear buds are now power on. Keep holding.
5. Then you should hear the in-voice message saying Bluetooth pairing. Keep holding.
6. Then you should hear a "3 tone" sound. Keep holding.
7. Then you should hear again a "3 tone" sound.
8. You can let go of your fingers now as the ear buds are successfully reset.


Fourth step:


1. Place both ear buds back into the charging case.
2. Wait for 10 seconds.
3. Make sure both ear buds LED lights are turn on.
4. Remove both ear buds at the same time and place them near each other on a flat surface.
5. Go to your phone > Bluetooth settings. Turn on Bluetooth.
6. You should be able to see only one SOUL earphone name.
7. Click it to pair.
8. Once it say successfully pair, you can start using your earphones.

If you still face any of the initial symptoms. Please repeat the reset procedures again. If all fails, please try with another phone or contact us for further assistance.
