Dear customer,

Please note our warranty policy and service fee as below:

1. No proof of purchase
We will not be able to provide any warranty support. Our limited warranty is only valid upon presentation of proof of purchase. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

2. Customer unable to provide proof of purchase but still keep the retail box with McBay warranty sticker
service fee of SGD $20.00 will be levied. Replacement product will given and it comes with 3 months warranty from the date of exchange.

3. Goods purchased from overseas or non-authorised local reseller
We will not be able to provide any warranty support. Customer is advised to go back to the dealer they purchased from.

4. Goods purchased directly from official brand owner online store
We can support the warranty claim with proof of purchase, but a service fee will be levied. The warranty period will remain the same as the original receipt purchase date.
  1. For products with Singapore original retail price of SGD $100.00 and below, a service fee of SGD $50.00 will be levied.
  2. For products with Singapore original retail price of SGD $100.00 and above (but below SGD $200.00), a service fee of SGD $80.00 will be levied.
  3. For products with Singapore original retail price of SGD $200.00 and above, a service fee of SGD $100.00 will be levied.

5. Warranty only applies to the first owner only

6. Limited warranty coverage
  1. Our limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage(s) caused by accident(s), or user negligence and defects caused by using any other third party accessories, parts or components.
  2. Our limited warranty will automatic terminate on expiry of the warranty period or when the manufacturer has ceased operations, whichever is earlier, or if McBay Pte Ltd ceases to be distributor/agent for any reason.
  3. Our limited warranty is only valid when products are purchased from our authorised dealers.
